The Challenge

The client needed an all-in-one platform to run their restaurant operations end-to-end: online ordering, a high-speed POS register, kitchen display system (KDS), waitlist management, thermal receipt printing, and admin analytics — without juggling multiple disconnected tools.

The Solution

Engineered a multi-tenant SaaS built on Next.js and Supabase with role-based access for admin, staff, and kitchen. Implemented a lightning-fast POS register with on-site payment (PAX terminal + Stripe), real-time kitchen tickets, ESC/POS thermal printing for customer/kitchen/merchant receipts, a self-service menu kiosk, and an admin dashboard with live analytics.
